TEST STANDARDS
At Fastec Services LLC we understand that quality control is extremely important. We manufacture our test standards from the highest quality, FDA approved anti-static material. Each test sample is electromagnetically tested prior to shipping to ensure the highest possible quality control. Each test standard is engraved or printed with a lot # for traceability, and also comes with a certificate of compliance which can be quickly looked up on our website at http://www.fastecservices.com/coc.
To achieve high visibility each engraving is color coded according to the metal type: Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, and Stainless Steel grades 304, 316, and 440.
Metal Detector Test Rods
Rigid Test Rods 18" or 36" long, 1/2" thick.
Color Coded Test Wands
Test wands available in 8.75 inch and 5 inch lengths. Internationally color coded: Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, and Stainless Steel grades 304, 316, and 440.

Perfectly Round Test Balls
Available in 1" and 1.5", engraved with a traceable lot number.
Flat Cut Test Balls
Test Balls 1 inch. 1/4" flat cut, smallest diameter is 3/4".
Flexible Test Tubes
Dimensions: 12" or 18" long, 3/16" or 1/4" thick. 3/16" up to 3.0mm and 1/4" up to 4.0mm.
Test Cards
Metal Detector Test Cards 2 1/2" by 4 1/4" sealed in a transparent durable 10 mils plastic sleeve. Comes with a handy hanger, built tough.
Test Discs
Metal Detector Test Disc 1" by 3/8". White or Color Coded.
Test Plugs
Plug size is 2" by 2" or 1.0" by 1.0".
Test Spheres
NIST Spheres available. Copper and aluminum also available.
Phasing Wand
Metal Detector Phasing wand, used to accurately phase your detectors to null vibration and to set up the reference phase, essential for Goring Kerr, Safeline, Fortress, Lock, Loma, Cintex metal detectors. No plant should be without one!
